Once your treatment is confirmed, your order will be packaged and shipped to you using your preferred delivery method.

Yes, you can select your preferred weight loss injectable medication after the consultation, provided our prescriber approves it based on your consultation responses. Options include medications like Mounjaro and Wegovy. Please note that the decision to prescribe a medication always rests with the prescriber.

You should complete a new consultation if your medical situation changes significantly, such as developing a new condition, change in weight, medications, etc. Updated information allows our team to continue providing safe, personalised treatment recommendations.

This ensures that we provide you with the right treatment plan and adhere to the guidelines set by the GPhC.

While someone else can complete the consultation on your behalf, we recommend providing the information yourself to ensure complete accuracy about your personal medical details and history.

The consultation will be an online questionnaire asking you a series of questions, mostly multiple-choice, about your medical history, weight and other weight loss medications you’ve used.

After completion, your answers will be reviewed by one of our prescribers who will determine if the Weight Loss Injectable Medication is right for you.

The online consultation is typically the only requirement before being able to order a weight loss injectable from e-Surgery, if deemed appropriate by our prescriber. We may reach out for any additional information needed.
