Lamberts Ginkgo Tablets contain a standardised extract of Ginkgo biloba leaves, a traditional herbal remedy used to support circulation and cognitive function.
Ginkgo is thought to help maintain healthy blood flow, particularly to the brain, which may aid memory, concentration, and mental clarity. It also contains natural antioxidants that help protect cells from oxidative stress.
Lamberts Ginkgo Tablets are made to a high purity and potency standard, ensuring consistent levels of active compounds such as ginkgoflavone glycosides and terpene lactones.
Suitable for vegetarians, they are typically taken daily with a meal as part of a healthy lifestyle to support brain and circulatory health.

Lamberts Ginkgo is a food supplement made from ginkgo biloba leaf extract. Each tablet contains 120 mg of extract, equivalent to 6000 mg of dried leaf, and you take one tablet a day. It’s taken to support healthy circulation.
As a food supplement, it isn’t a medicine. If you take blood thinners, aspirin or other medicines that affect blood clotting, have a bleeding disorder, have surgery planned, or are pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your prescriber or pharmacist before taking it.
Ginkgo biloba is a popular herbal ingredient that people take for many reasons, including memory and circulation. Research hasn’t shown it to have a clear benefit, though. The US National Institutes of Health says there’s no conclusive evidence that ginkgo helps with any health condition, and that it’s uncertain whether it affects thinking and memory in healthy people.
Lamberts Ginkgo is a food supplement, so it isn’t a medicine. If you’re worried about your memory, speak to your GP.
Ginkgo is thought to affect blood flow, which is why it has been studied for memory and thinking. The results have been mixed, though. The US National Institutes of Health (NIH) says it’s uncertain whether ginkgo supplements influence thinking in healthy people, and that much of the research is low quality.

Ginkgo hasn’t been proven to reduce anxiety. The research is limited, and reviews say more studies are needed before it can be recommended for anxiety.
Lamberts Ginkgo is a food supplement, so it isn’t a medicine or a treatment for anxiety. If anxiety is affecting your daily life, speak to your GP, who can talk you through treatments and support that are known to help.
Take one Lamberts Ginkgo tablet a day, just after a meal. There’s no set time of day, so you can take it after whichever meal suits you best, as long as it’s once a day.
If you take any medicines, speak to your prescriber or pharmacist before you start.
Don’t take ginkgo if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you’re allergic to ginkgo or any of the other ingredients.
Speak to your prescriber or pharmacist before taking it if you use prescription blood-thinning medicines, aspirin or anti-inflammatory painkillers such as ibuprofen, have a bleeding condition, or have surgery planned. It’s also best to check first if you have any other medical condition or take any other medication.
Ginkgo can interact with some medicines, so speak to your prescriber or pharmacist before taking it if you use any of these:
