Fusidic Acid 2% Cream is an antibiotic treatment used to treat skin infections such as impetigo, a contagious condition that causes red sores, blisters, and crusting. The cream is applied directly to the affected skin, usually two to three times daily, for a short course as prescribed. It should only be used on the infected area and avoided near the eyes.
