Mometasone (Nasonex) 50mcg nasal spray is a corticosteroid medicine used to treat and prevent symptoms of allergic rhinitis, such as sneezing, itching, nasal congestion, and a runny nose. It works by reducing inflammation inside the nasal passages, easing swelling and irritation caused by allergens like pollen, dust mites, and pet dander. Regular use can help control symptoms during allergy season or year-round for persistent allergies. The spray is applied directly into each nostril, usually once daily, and is effective in both relieving existing symptoms and preventing flare-ups when used as prescribed.
Mometasone (Nasonex) 50mcg Nasal Spray contains mometasone furoate which is one of a group of medicines called corticosteroids. When it is sprayed into the nose, it can help to relieve inflammation (swelling and irritation of the nose), sneezing, itching and a blocked up or runny nose.
