Mebeverine Tablets contain the active ingredient mebeverine hydrochloride which belongs to a group of medicines called antispasmodics. They help control and relieve some of the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), such as spasm, bloating and tummy (abdominal) pain. They also help reduce the movement of the gut.

Try to take Mebeverine Tablets about 20 minutes before a meal – some people find their symptoms to be strongest after they have eaten. Swallow the tablet whole with water, do not chew it.
