Holiday Delivery Times

In order to receive your order before Christmas Day, our last dispatch date is Tuesday 23rd December. Please note: To meet this dispatch date, your order will need to be clinician-approved and ready to go, so please order sooner if possible.

There will be no deliveries on Christmas Day and Boxing Day (25th and 26th December).
Dispatch resumes from 27th to 31st December.
There will be no deliveries on 1st January, with normal delivery service resuming from 2nd January.

Due to these scheduled pauses and the busy festive period, delays outside our control are expected. To ensure continuity of your treatment and to avoid any interruption, we strongly recommend placing your order as early as possible.

Our online doctor and pharmacy service is only available to individuals in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland.

Please keep in mind only orders placed before 5:00pm on normal weekdays are dispatched on the same day. This is to give our clinicians and pharmacy staff enough time to check over the answers to your health questionnaire, issue and pack your medication before it is collected by the Royal Mail. The Royal Mail collects our orders at 1pm and 4pm.

**Next day delivery guarantee & Sunday deliveries do not include remote Scottish highlands and the British Isles. Delivery to these locations can take longer.

If you have any issues with the delivery of your product, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date at [email protected] . We will be unable to help you if your item tracking details state the item has been delivered and you are contacting us 14 days after the date of your stated delivery.
