Our Story

e-Surgery, a patient facing brand of Evaro, was founded in the year 2018 to offer a discreet, affordable and efficient online solution for accessing private treatments for minor health conditions.

The vision of e-Surgery is to build a world where healthcare is as accessible and easy as online banking. We’re creating a future where:

Today, through e-Surgery we have reached over 600,000 patients with over 400 treatments for minor health conditions. We are continuously improving our service and aiming to provide our patients with the best
aftercare support to ensure a comprehensive healthcare experience.
Our commitment to patient satisfaction drives us to enhance our service and deliver personalised care that meets the evolving needs of our growing patient base.

In my experience as a trained NHS Doctor, I witnessed wasteful prescription practices and people waiting weeks for simple treatments. My co-founder, working as an NHS pharmacist, also started to recognise the lack of NHS funding and cuts that had led to a decline in the services available to patients.

Years of working across different sectors in the NHS opened my eyes to a stark reality: our healthcare system desperately needed more innovation. I saw firsthand how inefficiencies, waste and lack of funding were impacting community pharmacies. Meanwhile, patients' expectations were changing more rapidly than ever. I set out to help create an online healthcare service that truly puts patients first, while also being efficient and sustainable. We're not just adapting to change – we're driving it, making healthcare more accessible and responsive for everyone.
