The e-Surgery Health Challenge is a supportive, wellbeing community designed to help you build small, realistic habits that fit into everyday life. Whether you want to move more, sleep better, or feel more consistent with your routines, we’re here to support you.
Each month, you’ll choose up to three simple habits to focus on, with access to guidance, physical habit trackers, and your 2026 Health Challenge handbook to help you set and track monthly and yearly goals.
When you sign up, you’ll also receive a free welcome pack containing limited edition Challenge merch and physical habit trackers to help you get started and feel part of the challenge from day one.

January
The January Health Challenge focuses on setting the tone for the year ahead with small, realistic habits that feel achievable and sustainable. Rather than extreme resolutions, choosing up to three habits to work on consistently throughout the month.
Members track their daily progress, reflect on what’s working, and support one another inside the community. January is all about building momentum, creating structure, and starting the year with encouragement instead of pressure.

February
The February Health Challenge centres on movement that feels enjoyable, realistic, and uplifting. With colder, darker days often impacting motivation, this month encourages participants to find ways to stay active that suit their lifestyle, whether that’s gentle stretching, brisk walks, or short bursts of exercise.
Setting then tracking three habits for the month, sharing reflections, and celebrating small wins within the community. February is about reinforcing supportive routines and proving that real change comes from repetition and self-compassion.

March
The March Health Challenge focuses on improving sleep and managing stress as the seasons begin to shift. Continuing to focus on up to three chosen habits, refining what works best for them and adjusting where needed.
By tracking progress and engaging with the community, members strengthen their sense of accountability and connection. March is about recognising how small daily actions are adding up — and feeling proud of the consistency developed over the first quarter of the year.

Absolutely anyone! Whether you’re managing a health condition, taking regular medication, feeling low on energy, or just curious about improving your lifestyle, this challenge is made for real people with real lives. No fitness levels, age brackets, or prior experience required.
The Health Challenge is completely free! There are no hidden costs, subscriptions, or purchases involved. You simply sign up with your email address and get started, no strings attached.
Each challenge runs for a month. You’ll receive a new task each week, and you can follow along for as long as it feels useful. You can always go back and reuse the challenges!
Each week’s task is practical and achievable. Think:
Swapping out a processed snack for a healthy option
Practising five minutes of breathing exercises
Taking a short walk outside
Tidying your medication storage
Trying a new gut-friendly recipe
They’re designed by doctors, pharmacists, and wellness specialists – so you know they’re safe and backed by science.
No special equipment or apps are required. Just your email address, a willingness to try, and a few minutes each week to focus on your wellbeing. We’ll provide optional tools like a tracking sheet, but you’re free to use your own method if you prefer.
Our members-only Facebook group is a space where you can:
