Due to Eli Lilly’s announced price increase for Mounjaro, we’re experiencing much higher order volumes than usual. Mounjaro orders are currently taking a minimum of 5 days to dispatch, and we know this delay is incredibly frustrating when you’re committed to your weight loss journey.

We’re receiving an unprecedented number of emails and unfortunately cannot respond to each one individually. To help you get the answers you need quickly, we’ve compiled these frequently asked questions based on the most common concerns we’re hearing from patients like you. We’ll continue updating this page daily with new information and additional FAQs.

We deeply appreciate how important this medication is to your health and wellbeing, and we completely understand if you need to explore other suppliers during this challenging time. Our entire team is working tirelessly to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, but we want to be transparent about our current limitations.

If you wish to request a refund or cancel your order, please send us a new email with the subject line “CANCEL [your order number]” and we will prioritize processing your request immediately.

1. New Weight Loss Pricing

What this means for you:

Existing Orders: For orders that have already been placed and paid for, we will honor the prices you were charged while stocks remain available. You will not be asked to pay additional fees for orders already in our system.

Future Orders: Pricing displayed on our website will change on the 1st of September.

3. Order Status and Delivery Information

Current Dispatch Times: Minimum 5 business days delay for our weight loss orders

Understanding Your Order Status:

Processing: Your order is being prepared by our admin team. No action required.

On Hold: We need additional information from you. Check your email inbox by searching “e-surgery.com” – you must respond for us to proceed. Orders are placed on hold if our system has not been able to verify you are over the age of 18 or if our clinicans have a follow-up health question based on the information you provided in your health consultation.

Approved: Our clinical team has approved your prescription and it’s being prepared for dispatch.

Completed: Your order has been handed to Royal Mail with tracking information.

Tracking Important Note: We generate tracking numbers when orders are clinically approved, not when physically dispatched. Royal Mail updates tracking details once they receive your package.

For patients who have ordered the 12.5mg and 15mg pens: we do not currently have stock. Due to the surge in demand, new quotas imposed by our wholesalers meant several of our deliveries this last week of August have not arrived. We have sent each of you an email asking you if you would like to keep your order on hold until we have stock (we do not currently know when this will be), change to Wegovy or to have your order refunded.
