It is necessary to complete the Allergy Tablet consultation so that we can make a proper diagnosis and treatment plan for you. Our prescribers will be able to make an informed decision on what medication or other treatment is right for you.

Due to being an online consultation, the process can be completed in under 2 minutes. You will need to answer several straightforward questions about your condition and medical history, but our questionnaire format makes this a quick and convenient process.

The information you need to complete the consultation is mainly based on your medical history. We need to know your current and previous medications, current diagnoses, any allergies and information on your current condition.

After you have completed the consultation, you can move onto selecting and purchasing your required medication. Upon receiving the order, one of our prescribers will review your responses and will get back to you if they require any further information.

Once the prescriber has confirmed the appropriate treatment, the order will be packed and delivered to you using the preferred delivery option.

You will have the opportunity to select your preferred medication after completing the consultation, such as Fexofenadine or Telfast tablets. Our prescribers will then verify this with the information received from the consultation, making sure that the Allergy Tablet medication is right for you.

Please keep in mind that the decision to prescribe a particular medication always rests with the prescriber.

Completing the online consultation is a necessary step to requesting and purchasing any online medication. With the information gathered from the online consultation, the e-Surgery team can ensure that you receive the right medication to effectively address your allergies.

If you require a new prescription for Allergy Tablets, the online consultation should be completed every time. Doing so will allow our clinical team to evaluate your current condition, as there may be differences to the previous one.

The allergy tablet consultation will be conducted via an online questionnaire, consisting of easy-to-understand multiple choice questions. After completion, the information received will be reviewed by one of our prescribers, who will confirm if this is the correct treatment plan for you.

Once completed, if the answers to the consultation are satisfactory, you will then be able to select and purchase your desired medication. If our prescribers require additional information from you, we will be in touch.
