Place the tablet high up alongside your top gum, under the upper lip on either side of your mouth. The tablet mustn’t be swallowed whole or chewed.
Over time, the tablet will begin to soften and adhere to the gum. Allow the tablet to dissolve slowly and completely. This can take between 1-2 hours; however, most people no longer notice the tablet after a few minutes.
Avoid moving the tablet around with your tongue as this will cause it to dissolve too quickly.
