We are doing all we can to deliver you your medication…

We fully understand the extreme impact the recent pandemic has had on the UK in the past few weeks. We are also aware that it will continue to be an uncertain time for many of us, especially those who are vulnerable or who suffer underlying health issues. It is in scenarios like this that online pharmacies such as ourselves are essential.

This has ultimately led to an influx of orders that we are doing all we can to process and get to you as soon as possible. Due to the unprecedented demand for medication, we have extended our pharmacy operating hours and are working hard with the Royal Mail to make sure we can help as many patients as possible. We are doing everything we can to mitigate delays, even if it means upgrading shipping for orders that we cannot process on the same day to prevent delays.

As a consequence you may experience some delays with your orders, but guaranteed and next day delivery will be made a priority. Find out more about e-Surgery delivery here.

Paracetamol Concerns

You may also see some medication be temporarily be placed out of stock whilst we fulfil orders to previous patients, in particular paracetamol. We would like to assure you that this does not mean we do not have the stock available, if you would like to be notified when paracetamol is available to purchase please feel free to leave us a message using the ask a pharmacist chat. We will get these items back on our website as soon as possible.

Our customer service team is available Monday-Friday 9-5 to answer your questions regarding delivery and delays.

We want to assure our customers that we understand any frustration you may be feeling and we are working tirelessly to help in any way we can.
