Zeletta Tablets are a contraceptive pill used to prevent pregnancy. Zelleta Tablets contain a small amount of one type of female sex hormone, the progestogen desogestrel. Zelleta tablets are called a progestogen-only-pill (POP), or a minipill. Contrary to the combined pill, the POP or mini-pill does not contain an oestrogen hormone next to the progestogen.
