You must not give Lymecycline 408mg to children younger than 8.
Yes, Lymecycline 408mg can interact with other medication. The following medications should not be taken 2 hours before or after taking Lymecycline 408mg:
- Any nutritional supplements containing calcium, aluminum, magnesium, iron and zinc.
- Indigestion medication.
- Medication used to heal ulcers.
- Oral retinoids.
It’s best to avoid eating large amounts of dairy when on a course of Lymecycline 408mg. Moderate consumption of milk, such as drinking a glass of milk with Lymecycline 408mg, shouldn’t compromise absorption.
There aren’t significant interactions between Lymecycline 408mg and alcohol. However, consumption of alcohol can cause dehydration of the skin which can exacerbate acne symptoms.
As with any medication, it’s possible to experience side effects from your course of Lymecycline 408mg. These can include:
- Abdominal pain
