How It Works
Whether you’re new to treatment or continuing your plan, we make it easy to access the care you need.

Starting treatment

If you haven’t been diagnosed and prescribed a treatment yet, we can help you begin your journey.

Our clinicians will assess your symptoms and medical history to recommend suitable options.

This includes support for those aged 45 and over, as well as those with early menopause diagnosed by a doctor.

Continuing treatment

If you’ve already been prescribed menopause treatment, you can continue your care with us.

We’ll review your current treatment and issue ongoing prescriptions where appropriate.

We’ll also provide continued support to help you manage your symptoms safely and effectively.

During the Menopause (HRT) consultation, you can expect to provide information relating to your menopausal condition, any previous HRT assessments, the time since your last period and more general information about your current health and medical history.
This information will then be passed onto one of e-Surgery’s expert prescribers, who will determine whether the treatment for your menopause condition is right for you.
You need to complete a Menopause (HRT) consultation as part of the process to purchase prescription medication online at e-Surgery. With the information we receive during the consultation, our prescribers can make a proper diagnosis and recommend appropriate treatment for your case.
The Menopause (HRT) consultation is an online questionnaire, which is designed to be fast and convenient. It can normally be completed in under 2 minutes, saving you time.
To complete the Menopause (HRT) consultation, you will need information on your condition, history with HRT medication, and other general medical information such as allergies, current diagnoses etc.
After completing Menopause (HRT) consultation, you are able to select and purchase your preferred medication (more information on HRT medications).
Your consultation responses will be reviewed by one of our prescribers and if they need any further information from you, we will be in touch.
Once the medication is confirmed as appropriate, it will then be packed and shipped to the specified destination using the chosen delivery method.
You should retake the Menopause (HRT) consultation whenever you experience a change in your symptoms or condition. Our prescribers can then check to see if your medical requirements have changed since the last interaction. This ensures we adhere to the guidelines set by the GPhC, and provide you with treatment that is right for you.
Completing a Menopause (HRT) treatment is required to purchase prescription menopause medication online. Our prescribers use the information given during the consultation to confirm if menopause medication or other care is appropriate for your specific situation.
Yes, someone else can complete the Menopause (HRT) consultation in your stead, but please ensure they have access to all the required information and understand your current condition.
The Menopause (HRT) consultation is an online questionnaire conducted via the e-Surgery website. You will be asked multiple questions relating to your condition so that we can garner the necessary information to ensure we provide you with proper treatment.
