Where do I type in my coupon/voucher code?

You can type in your voucher or coupon code when you have reached the ‘cart’ section of your order. Then click the ‘apply coupon’ button next to it.You can go back to this section if you forget! This discount will be taken off your final total.

Can I use my coupon/voucher code online?

As we are an online pharmacy your coupon code can only be applied when you order online. You can type in the code when you reach the checkout on our website.

Can I use the same coupon/voucher code more than once?

Yes you can reuse the same e-surgery coupon code so you can continue to get discounts on your medication.

Which products can my coupon/voucher code be used on?

Your coupon code can be used on all of our products and is taking off the total amount of your order.

Can I use more than one coupon/voucher code?

Unfortunately only one e-Surgery coupon code can be applied to each order.

Will I still be able to get a refund if I have used a coupon/voucher code?

You will be able to receive a refund of the amount you paid if you have used a coupon code. Refunds are as per the terms and conditions of your order, please be aware that once the medication has been shipped we are unable to provide a refund. You can find out more about refunds in the customer FAQ’s or contact us by email or phone.

Can I use my coupon/voucher code over the phone?

Yes you can apply your coupon code on over the phone orders.

I can’t get my voucher/coupon code to work?

If you are having trouble getting your coupon code to work double check the spelling of the coupon code as if there is a slight mistake it will not work. Also make sure you have pressed the ‘apply coupon’ button after entering the coupon code.
