If you’re taking any remedies for indigestion that include magnesium or aluminum, you should wait at least two hours between taking the indigestion remedy and Telfast 180mg tablets. Otherwise your body may not absorb the active ingredients of Telfast 180mg as effectively.
You should avoid drinking fruit juices such as apple, orange and grapefruit when taking Telfast 180mg tablets , as its effectiveness could be inhibited.
Although Telfast 180mg is known as a non-drowsy Antihistamine, it’s still possible (though less likely) to experience drowsiness as a side effect. You shouldn’t drink alcohol when taking medicine with potentially sedative effects such as Telfast 180mg tablets .
