The service is for adults who want a proper clinical answer and long-term care with one team.

It’s for you if you’re:

  • 18 or over and living in England.
  • Wondering if you have ADHD and want a clinical answer.
  • Looking for one team to assess you and, if it’s right, treat and support you long term.

It’s not the right fit if you’re:

  • Under 18.
  • Living outside England.
  • In need of urgent help right now. Call NHS 111, or 999 in an emergency.

Your steps, from first questions to ongoing care

Step 1: Tell us about you

Answer some questions online, at your own pace.

  • We ask about your medical and personal history
  • We check your blood pressure, pulse and weight
  • We verify your photo ID and ask for your GP’s details
  • We save your answers for 30 days, so you can come back any time

Step 2: Your assessment

Live video with a specialist ADHD clinician.

  • Join from a quiet, private space

Step 3: Your outcome

A clear answer, explained, plus a written report.

  • ADHD diagnosed: your clinician talks it through. If medication is right for you, you move on to starting treatment.
  • ADHD not diagnosed: we share your report with you.
  • We need more information: once you’ve answered our questions, we continue and complete your assessment.
  • Whatever the result, you get a plain-language copy of your report.

Step 4: Starting treatment

If medication is right for you, we start it safely.

Step 5: Finding your dose

Adjusted step by step until it works for you.

  • Check-ins with your prescriber online, in your own time
  • Your blood pressure is checked each time your dose changes

Step 6: Ongoing care

Medication delivered monthly, with regular check-ins.

  • Up to 28 days' medication at a time
  • Blood pressure, pulse and weight checked every 6 months
  • A specialist review at least once a year
